Monika123
The base fits my Lenni very loosely and lifts up when I press down on a side. It also isn't very level with my machine and causes my quilt to get hung up so that I can't move. The needle plate seems to be screwed in a little crooked. Not sure what part is at fault. Anyone had this kind of trouble?
Kueser
I had the same issues on my Millie. Don't use it anymore but you might try putting some sort of wedge in to keep it tight and level.
Primitive1
I keep a piece of painter's tape running under mine and hooked to the sides to keep it firmly in place.
Beachside Quilter
Be sure to remove the black plugs in the side of machine base before installing Hartley base. The plugs are cosmetic to cover access holes. Your base should future securely, while still allowing easy on/off function. Hope this helps! The base doesn't reach back that far though
Beachside Quilter
If you could post a picture of your base and machine throat, perhaps we can help!
