sewhappy
I was just commisioned to make a custom quilt for a couple who are graduating in May and then going to live in Italy!! (New bride is from there)They want me to do two actually but I could not promise to have them both done by May 12th. I did tell her tho that I could always deliver it to them if they paid my fair etc. and then of course there would be no charge for the 2nd quilt. They thought that was very funny..LOL any way does this make me an international quilter or does it simply mean that the quilt is international?? sewingupastorm
Yes it does mean that you have gone international! Here's hoping that they take you up on the offer to deliver the quilt in person!
sewhappy
This quilt is more than I bargained for! The pattern is so full of errors that I have to make "mock ups" with muslin and then re-figure the measurements!!Oh well I am getting paid a pretty penny for it and now I am VERY happy I did not promise both by May 12th!!I have six more blocks to make then I can assemble the top! I will need to do the math for the sashing etc but I consider the hardest part done!! Sewhappy
