Charles Leiker
We have a Kenquilt just like yours except it has intele stitch on it. And it just quit working yesterday. Do you still have the name of the person or company that could upgrade your machine to automation? We can't find anyone that even acknowledges the name Kenquilt much less someone that could work on it.
SueD
You're unlikely to get a response from the seller. They haven't logged on here since Feb 2021. You could try this place: https://www.longarmquiltingsupplies.com/kenquilt-questions/ If you're having trouble with Intelliquilter, https://www.intelliquilter.com/support.php
RunningThreads
FYI Intelliquilter and Intellistitch were developed by the same people. Here is a link to the intellistitch manual. You probably have a CL turbo. https://www.intellistitch.com/manuals.php
