Terri C.
On another site they were talking about a bobbin case with a pigtail on it, it was said these help to keep better tension. Here is the site that has them www.sewshop.com/gammill-parts.htm I wanted to ask if this one "L" Bobbin Case w/Pigtail or Without will work in the millie machine. Just don't want to try something that is goes to make my baby mad at me. TIA for your input.
Stagecl
Don't forget that the Gammill has an M bobbin and bobbin case. It is larger and heavier than the L bobbin and bobbin case that run on the APQS. A smaller bobbin is lighter and the tension is easier to maintain so the stitch quality is better. I can't answer your question, but can't see why an APQS machine would need a bobbin case with a pigtal unless it is large like the M bobbin casings. Maybe someone else can help answer your question... Cheryl
Terri C.
This site has both for the "L" and the "M" bobbins. Was just trying to be assured that I wouldn't have any problems with the fit or anything I'm not thinking about.
ramona-quilter
I forget what the pig-tail is for but Myrna had them on her web-site. I think it might have been something to avoid backlash. I can't remember.
