Sheri Butler
I am looking for a copy (just a photo copy would be ok....) of the quilt pattern from the Fons and Porter March/April 2004 issue, called Washington Pavement. It's a variation of the Chimney Sweep pattern. I know it's a lasts minute request, but I would like to see if I can get my hiney going and get some pieces cut to use as "signature blocks" for my daughter's wedding reception tomorrow nite. Nothing like a last minute decision...huh? LOL! I have a fax machine, so a photo copy would be great! You can U2U me. Quilted Hugs,
Ruthieq
I don't have the issue you're looking for, but wanted to share this with you. I didn't get my hiney in gear fast enough for my daughter's reception several years ago, but they had a guest book and after the event, I scanned the pages of their guest book, resized the signatures and printed them on fabric to use in their quilt. Just an idea....
Hollyrw
I did something similar to Ruthie at my Grandfather's wake. I had people write little memories of him in a journal. I scanned and printed them on fabric and made my mom a quilt using fabrics from some of his clothes. Holly
Sheri Butler
Mary Beth has came to my rescue! I just needed to know what sizes to cut the 4 signature rectangles per block. I could always get the remaining blocks cut later. Thank you all soooo much!
