caddyhomes
I've been using the hydraulic lifts regularly over the last week, and today the switch is not responding to commands. Any advice?

barbm
And if you don't catch 'em, check that the switch is still plugged into the hydraulic unit and that the hydraulic unit is still plugged into power.
Sallyquilt
I had this happen to me, and after a short freak out, I found that when raising the frame I was pulling the plug out of the power cord. Solved the problem by putting the power strip on one of the many boxes I have stored under the longarm. Problem solved!
Joyce
check fuse located between switches also.
caddyhomes
I referred to the manual, and troubleshooting suggested putting the switch through a reset process. Apparently, power outages will whack it, for lack of a better term: mine not theirs. I don't recall a power outage issue, but perhaps the surge protection bar isn't enough for the hydraulic sensibilities. Each time I use the hydraulic switch, it demands that I go through the reset process. When I have more disposable time, I'll call APQS for a permanent fix. Charlotte - perhaps the name for the baby princess in waiting!!
