Lorriequilts
I am in the process of piecing Tula Pink's butterfly quilt and thinking about how it should be quilted. I would love to see pictures from those of you who have quilted this beauty. PS- mine is for a king bed.

ffq-lar
Hi Lorrie. I quilted one of these this Fall. Send me an email and I'll forward some photos. There are very few quilted examples on line---I looked long and hard! lindarech@comcast.net
IndieQuilter
To be honest, what will really need the "extra effort" in the quilting will be the negative space surrounding that butterfly. The butterfly is so busy, that putting a tremendous amount of custom quilting in this area may frustrate and disappoint you. Tula has made two of these quilts (so far) and both have been quilted by Angela Walters, if you want to look those up for inspiration. Can't wait to see how it turns out! Lorriequilts
I thought you might like to see how I had my Tula Pink Butterfly quilt quilted, "in flight" above a field of flowers. I love it!
Cagey
The piecing and the quilting look lovely. Do you have a picture of the back? I always like to see how the stitching you cannot see on the front pops out on the back. Keep up the outstanding work. Cagey
