laststitchstudio
I purchase wholesale from Quilter's Dream. I don't have the prices in front of me. but I like them becasue I don't have to purhase a certain amount. The product is excellent. I have never had a complaint with the company. Not a fan of Hobbs, so I can't compare.
BethDurand
I get mine from EE Schenk here in town. Okay, Portland. It's the Hobbs Heirloom wool, and I love it. I've got some scraps, if you want to try it out.
jmcclannan
I haven't used wool because I am afraid it will shrink too much when washed. Has that been a problem at all?

For Dream Wool and Dream Puff, we use a special fine denier polyester for the thermal bonding. Thermal bonding is an environmentally (absent of chemical resin binders) favorable technology. The heat in the thermal bonding process softens the surface of the fiber. At the melting point, fibers in contact with each other will form strong bonds, which holds the batting together. When this is cooled the bonding points solidify and ensure the strength and performance of the batting.
