simplydivine
Wow - thank you everybody. You made me feel very good about it! It's nice to be able to participate in the win along with the piecers! Now if I can only win it in the raffle...! Good idea about taking a picture of the ribbon, etc.
DawnCavanaugh
Julie, I remember that quilt, too! It's terrific! What a bummer to not be listed on the AQS website, but rest assured your work is loved and admired here and by all those gals strolling by your ribbon in Paducah! Dar
Julie, Congratulations on your beautiful quilting of Garden Refractions. It looked great hanging in the winners circle. This is the information in the show book on your quilt. "Faithful Circle Quilters of Downers Grove, IL. Garden Refractions. To celebrate 35 years in a quilters' circle, this opportunity quilt was inspired by artwork from Silverplated Flaltware, by Tere Hagan, with an original pattern by Chris Moline. Machine quilted by Julie Karlak." It does not say if it's LR or home machine.
Jhend
Julie, congratulations. That is awsome, and we all know it's the quilting that makes the quilt!!!
