Judi Posted July 11, 2009 Report Share Posted July 11, 2009 We were very lucky to have Heidi Kaisand speak at our Deep Valley Quilters Guild meeting on Thursday night in Mankato, MN. She was Awesome!!! She gave a great presentation with a slide show of photos and quilts, and also a truck show with great quilts. If any of you have the chance to have her come to your guild - everyone would enjoy it!!!! We invited New Ulm guild members and other area groups to come for a $5 fee. The room was packed!!! We are in an area where MANY great quilters are close at hand - and we are at a nice size of members (around 100) that we can afford to have awesome Teachers do workshops too!!!
