ffq-lar
Wow! So many variables to consider-- What size is the top? How densely will you stitch? How fast can you hand quilt? What is your time worth to you? Will you go crazy or find the process calming? I don't have any advice(sorry) but I bet when you finish this project you will know EXACTLY what to charge for the next one!! Linda R
busybee
Hi I have a amish lady that charges .50 per yard of hand quilting. example: 1000 yards it would be $500.00 but normally is not that much. Not any other clue. She has a yard stick and wraps thread around say 10 wraps each time she wrapps 10 and then writes it down. That way she can keep track of it.
