Neher-in-law5
Here is a baby quilt the church ladies have embroidered the blocks on. It is for one of my son's friend's baby. Since I get tired of the straight row settings, I pictured the airplanes flying around and then had to find a way to get the dogs arranged. I asked my son for an idea for it all, he suggested a runway for the planes. So the quilting is the loop-d-loop jet streams with the airplanes outlined. The dog blocks will be tied by the ladies. I did ribbon candy in the grass areas. I used King Tut to match each color, and blue prewound in the bobbin.
