lyonden
I received this email from a lady this morning. I have her permission to post it here to see if anyone is interested. I don't sew, I just quilt. Here it is: Krista Chapman chapmakr@yahoo.com Hi, i have a question regarding service you provide. My wedding dress has a stain on it that won't come out and i would like to have the material that is salvageable made into quilted pillows to pass down to my children. If i sent you the dress would this be something you could do? If not, do you know where I could get this done? Thanks Krista Can anyone help her out? witha'K'quilting
Carol...have you thought about turning this wedding dress into a quilt for her? I have started working on one myself...well the taking apart of one anyways. Should be doable depending on how much fabric is salvagable. The train, if there is one, would make a great quilt too. I have one of those too I am going to do also.

lyonden
Meg, I remember seeing one also. I am not fond of sewing. I don't like it at all. I just enjoy the quilting of it all.
busybee
Carol, I have quilted a quilt that was the wedding dress and leftover brides maids dress fabric. It was silk. The wedding ring quilt from the dress fabrics turned out fabulous. I too am a quilter not a piercer for the public.
