I'm excited and scared

Recommended Posts

I bought my Millie in 2002 I spent most of a day on my first customer quilt standing there afraid to put the needle down after many hours of practice on whatever the pattern I was using . . My husband kept coming into my quilting room telling me I really needed to start quiling. I just kept standing there with the my hands on the machine afraid to do anything. 8 hours it took me to put in the first stitch.

After that first stitch it felt good.

Hundreds of quilts later with lots of happy piecers it still gives me thrill to see the owner's faces when they first see the transformation the quilting makes in their quilts.
