BethDurand Posted August 7, 2010 Report Share Posted August 7, 2010 Sadly, no pictures, but my DB and I rode out bikes from his house to Timberline Lodge on Mt. Hood yesterday. 96.2 miles round trip, about 6200' of climbing. If you never seen the Lodge, here's a link to it. http://www.timberlinelodge.com/ The exterior shots of the Lodge in the movie "The Shining" were of Timberline. I was too tired when we got there to look for "Johnny" though. By the way, most of the snow is gone now, but they were still having numerous ski and snowboard camps up there.
