20inch stencil

Recommended Posts

if you can find a 10" one, cut into quarters, then photocopy at 200% enlargment. make four copies, and tape back together- wha-la...

then just put a jeans needle (or larger) in your domestic machine, un thread your DSM, shorten the stitch length, stitch on the lines. that will make you a stencil. if you will be marking alot of squares, i would iron a piece of freezer paper to the back of the paper copies before you stitch through it for the holes- it'll add some stiffness to the 'stencil'

clear as mud right?

there are websites that will give you the enlrgement percentages for any sized block...i used them alot back in my paper piecing days....
