fabric007 Posted October 29, 2010 Report Share Posted October 29, 2010 five inch blocks with pinwheels will have feathered wreath..the sashing has a block in the intersection...1 3/4 in wide...sashing...any simple ideas??? there are about 186 blocks ..I had seen a feather with a circle in the intersection but wnt something continuous thanks..best get back to the feathers..saving the sashing for last.. Busy Quilting Posted October 29, 2010 Report Share Posted October 29, 2010 I saw a bears paw block that had continuous loops in the small sahing strips between the blocks with cc's in the cornerstone square. The loops were doubled back to the centre on each arm so only one start and stop per block. Depending on the rest of the design could be done continuous with the block pattern too.
