OK Dancing..........are you tracking ???? I have been doing very well. Went back to tracking on the WW site. It's easier than writing in the book. The site will look up the food and get the points. ;)

You are right. The tracking on the WW site is so much easier because it gives you the points values faster and you can save the items that you eat often. So many of us have the same things for breakfast and lunch. Why have to look up the points over and over when we forget.

Look for a new thread for this week. Keeps the post pages shorter to start over each week.
