mcmullen
I have a 2010 Millennium and the three hole thread guide right above the tension discs will not stay where I position it! (between 8and9 oclock). How can I get it to stay in the right position? I can't see that it has a place to tighten it. Also, is it safe to use Loc-Tight of something like it to keep post in correct position? I can't find any info on old forum posts. Thanks Becky
Neher-in-law5
Hang in there, someone should come with better directions. I believe that there is a way to tighten it, maybe from the inside. I just fixed mine on George but can't remember how it got done.
juliagraves
It will rotate around and tighten up. If you have the fly wheel cover, you will need to pry it off, rotate your 3 hole guide, then reattach your fly wheel cover with silicon. I know, it's a pain, but should only take a few minutes. Quilting Heidi
You can also put a small dab of super glue on it to hold it in place. My three hole guide did the same thing and it was so annoying! It always slipped and I didn't notice until I rolled my quilt and saw my tension was off.
