They fit under the machine and I used a cardboard tube to roll the batting hanging down from the quilt and put the tube in the top of the rail box. This keeps my batting off the floor. But I am going to take your idea and see if my dear hubby can come up with something like this to hold my batting off the floor. Thanks for sharing.
