nanbrug Posted March 18, 2013 Report Share Posted March 18, 2013 Has anyone quilted a Texas Rose Parade quilt? I've tried to add a picture well that's not going so well. LOL I don't know if I should CC everything or not. The customer wanted a feather stencil I have but I would need to change it some. I'm drawing a blank on this one. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I thought about curve xhatching the inside curved triangle but I don't know if it would look right. Hoping someone has quilted one of these. witha'K'quilting Posted March 18, 2013 Report Share Posted March 18, 2013 nancy..is this the quilt? if so, i think i would try to emphasize the 15 'flowers' some how. i can see cc work in the beige squares and triangles and a background fill in the dark blue/red pieces...but those 'flowers' are the star and should shine! Wow I was off on this one I thought the inside of the blue and red was the main effect. Thank you so much I have looked at this one for 2 weeks and nothing was happening.
