JenniferBernard
It is so cool to see my jacket and all of the other garment entries that were at the Houston quilt show on The Quilt Show the weekend! Going to the show is on my quilting bucket list! There were only 9 garments juried into the show which was 51% of the entries (that's what the acceptance letter said). I am still excited that I got into the show! A friend that went to the show took pictures of every garment for me. She said my scarlet beauty was at one of the entrance doors. I am now working on more jackets.

RitaR
Beautiful job.. just my colors, too. Am curious about below the jacket, the black, gold strip and white thingies..... is that a skirt, or slacks, or a stand to hold the dress holder up? I can't spell the foreign name for the shaped body thing, this morning. Anyway.. it's a beauty. Rita

JenniferBernard
I made pants to go with the riding jacket. They have a one of red and silver crystals running up the side seam held on by leather circles that a did some quilting on. They also have leather fringe running up the out side of the leg. My daughter thinks they are ridiculous pants... But they go with the cowgirl theme.
