LucyPrairie
When I'm creating a pantograph in QP, I find myself straining to see the actual pattern. Not that a screen of blue blogs isn't attractive, but it's a novel concept that I want to actually see the details of the pattern. So I've been trying to use the view option and increasing the size (zoom). But each time I attempt to alter the view to the point where I can actually see the pattern, QP locks and get the Not Responding. I get that QP is slow and it takes a LONG TIME to think in order to make the changes you want it to make, but is anyone else running into this? Is there a better way to accomplish this? shirleyl
I would call Dawn or Grace. Mine doesn't lock up when I do that. Shirley
JeannieB
I've been able to increase my zoom to about 75% without any problems so far.
ThreadWaggle
By blue blogs are your referring to the grid in the background? If so, you can turn that off by going to Background and clicking on clear. I turn mine off and on depending on what I am doing.
LucyPrairie
I think I may have to call it in because it's locking when I try to save a pantograph as well.
LucyPrairie
Sorry Angela, I was meaning to say blue "blobs" which is what my pattern looks like unless I view it in zoom.
ThreadWaggle
Are you designing on the tablet? I have Quilt Path installed on a laptop too. I do most of my designing on the my laptop which is a lot more powerful then the tablet. So, if it is a memory issue you are hitting, I might not see it.
