LadyLake
Is it possible to program Quilt Path in EZ or Basic, to quilt multiple rows without stopping after each row? We have not seen it mentioned in the first three YouTube lessons, and don't see the option on the menu. Thanks for your help!
Georgene
Yes. But you have to choose to quilt as a single pattern vs. quilting as rows. It will stitch to end of row, then go down and stitch in the opposite direction. It's been a while since I've done this, but it works well. LadyLake
Thank you, Georgene. I have tried this button, but it appeared to have confused the system. I will try again. I am very new at this, so probably did something else wrong as well.
Georgene
Joan, if you choose to quilt as single pattern, you would need the design to fit within your safe area unless you use Virtual Longarm, which I don't think you'd want to do. It's a bit complicated. Just create the panto with just enough rows to fit in safe area, then choose Quilt as Pattern. But you would be totally responsible for placing the next pattern after advancing quilt. Hint. If you offset on alternate rows, make sure the 1st row and last row of your pattern are not identical.
