bobbipatillo
I have had it for about a month and have stitched maybe an hour. WE HAVE NOT OILED IT IN ANY WAY. This weekend my daughter noticed oil on the table. This morning I went to clean it up and found oil on top of the table . I know oil is like blood, it looks like more than it probably is. I am guessing about 2 tbls of oil. It appears to be coming from behind the bobin case, from under the plate on the bottom of the machine with 3 screws. is it from inactivity? or normal settling? My DH will be home all day and can troubleshoot with instruction thanks bobbi patillo 760-373-4661 bob4@tcnuts.com

Amy Stuart - APQS Service
The oil you are finding on your table is normal - it separated out of the gearbox grease from sitting - it won't hurt anything, and it will get better with time. We had a batch of gearbox grease that came in that had a bit more oil in it than normal, and it would separate when it was sitting. We called the company, and they assured us it wouldn't hurt the gears at all....hope this helps....
