Needle bar not loading needle

I cannot put a needle in the needle bar on my quinquennial 15 long arm.  If I can get one in, it takes a pliers to remove it.  Needle doesn’t load all the way up.  What is it’s issues?

What is a quinquennial 15 long arm machine?  Who is the manufacturer?

Is it possible there is something wedged in the needle bar hole - perhaps a broken piece of needle?

Is it a  Qnique Long Arm Quilting Machine ?  you might have to call The Grace Company or look for a Q'nique group on the internet.

Find a drill bit the same diameter or a fraction smaller than the needle shank. Put that inside the needle bar and twist with your fingers and pull out.  The machining may have left some debris behind.
