I just wanted to let you know that there is a Quilt Path Facebook group. It is a private group so you will have to ask to join. They would be able to help you. If your machine won't start either you might want to check to see if the fuse has blown. If you happen to be in Canada your machine will have two fuses. Apparently just holding down the power button for 30 seconds did the trick. Needless to say I feel a little foolish. I definitely appreciate you trying to help.
