Laurie
I just wanted to say thank you for helping me with my rocker arm assembly and most of all, my hook assembly issues. I got the hook assembly put back on and the machine timed. I have practiced stitching - no broken needles (whew!) and my stitches are good. Future issues should be a breeze now that I know what things are supposed to be like! All is well...........
quiltmonkey
What happened? Were you quilting right when the big earthquake hit the other night??? Seriously tho... hope not too much damage or maybe none at all. Lots of buildings are quake proof, now.
Laurie
no, no earthquake damage! My hook assembly somehow was a teeny bit too forward and I needed to remove it, file down the shaft a bit and retime. Yikes! Amy helped me understand what I needed to do........I\'ve been working on a practice piece and it all seems to be fine. I wish there were someone close that could "listen" to my machine to assure me that all the clacks, grinds and whines are normal! I think it is noisier than it should be but it quilts a perfect stitch! What can I say?
