shadows4
Sandra: Boy, I wish you were my neighbor! You made a very pretty quilt into a very beautiful quilt with the quilting you did on it. You did a great job picking the fabrics and threads and quilting. I\'m sure your neighbor will appreciate it greatly!

Sandra Darlington
Thanks Lynn, Jeanne and Cheryl. I just spoke to John (next door neighbor) and he said his wife is still in the hospital, rehab area, but she should be home at the end of the week. I am planning to take the quilt to my Thimbleberries Club on Thursday evening for Sew and Tell, then Friday I\'ll take it next door. My husband already told John that I made a quilt for Jeanette and he is excited, as he knows she will be so appreciative. Thanks again for your complements. jmyhogan
I have not done much with stencils yet.. I really like the flower you used. Do you have the name of it?
Sandra Darlington
Hi Jim, The stencil is by Harriet Hargrave and called, "Simple Flower." It is number: HH22 and is 5.5 X 5" I purchased it from my LQS about a month ago for $2.20 + tax (I\'m not in business). Thanks for asking, Sandy
dancingstitcher
Very pretty quilt Sandy. It does remind me of carmel apples. Hope your friend recovers well. Didn\'t know the doctor would do two knees at once since she will have so much difficulty getting around. A catheter would be a big bonus though uncomfortable. That\'s going to change her life so much and you are such a dear friend. Vicki
