ramona-quilter
Donna, I have never seen a log cabin quilt that was one block. And I didn\'t even notice it at first. I started admiring your quilting. Hmmm, lots of borders. What is this pattern. And then wondered why the cross-hatching was only on 2 borders. Oops, wait a minute, the quilting stays with the logs. Very different. I love that quilting, especially that sweet little flower in the border at the top. Very nice.
Sams Mom
Linda, I said the same thing. She said I have a log cabin for you. When I opened it up, I thought this is not what I expected. She was right, it was A log cabin. I just got it back to her. She loves it. The person who suggested that it needed to be custom was right too. I think an all over would have been pretty but this really gives some good "border spaces" to have fun with. The pattern was in the Keepsake catalog this month. I think I\'m going to do one for myself. Donna

Chocoholic
Beautiful, beautiful quilt. Sort of like a whole cloth with all that space! Great job!
