ramona-quilter
Hi Hester. I really like this quilt. I espcially love the border, but it has all that A-word stuff that all I can do is quilt. I hop ethat you post the finished product so we can ooh and ahhh over it. I didn\'t know if you wanted an all-over in the center or you want to treat each block separatelywhich would certainly not fit into the LQS "cheap" category. I just finished a quilt using a new (for me) panto called Fantasia by Hermione Agee from Pattern State (www.quiltscomplete.com). Lots of texture and it interlocks. chickenscratch
Swirls would be good, since it is so square and angular.

Quilting Heidi
Hester, I would just do a flower in the center of each square with leaves meandering to the next.
TishMarshall
I think those are both great ideas.............I would do an all-over in the center and some sort of outline around the outside border.....
quiltjunkie
Thanks for your help, you just confirmed what I thought, maybe I\'ll do a freeform fill in the center..would prefer using a panto but you have to be so careful with the stops at the border..I think it takes longer.
