Pics of SR wheels having trouble

I am posting pictures of my SR encoder wheels because my stitches vary when in SR. The wheels do slip slightly the bottom on only when going to the right from the back of the machine. The top when going to the front. That is when I am moving the encoder wheel with my finger.

Sorry still can't post 2 pics at the same time.

It looks like your big wheel is too far away from the rail.

If you move your head left to right real fast do you feel a slippage feel? If you do your carriage is too loose and your front wheels on the carriage need to be tightened more towards the rail.

Your small wheel can be pushed forward to fit better into the groove of the big wheel by loosening the bolt underneath. You can see the bottom bolt under the big wheel in the picture, when it is loosened you can move that whole box with the small wheel closer into the big wheel then retighten.

Also clean the both wheels with alcohol to remove the carbon build up.
