jebm Posted February 14, 2009 Report Share Posted February 14, 2009 I have a mariner's compass to do for someone who saw mine--I used a reddish metallic thread on batiks which were all in the red/rose/yellow family--but blended. This quilt has orange, yellow, kelly green, navy blue and probably other colors. I was thinking of using a copper with a sheen or copper metallic. What do you think?? If you saw my studio/office/lab you would know why I think so. My walls are a gorgeous sage green and copper metallic metal tin walls. I like copper.
