elkayr
Hey Mary Beth! When you use the Baptist Fan, do you stitch manually or auto? Thanks, Linda
lyonden
Hi Linda - I'm not Mary Beth but use the CL all the time. I have gotten lazy and use my stitch regulator when doing the fans but I didn't always have a stitch regulator and did them just fine without. My husband Bob doesn't have a stitch regulator and does the BF. Just don't hesitate for too long in the corners. Good luck
elkayr
Thanks Carol. I have the stitch regulator but wasn't sure which would be best to use. Still new at this. Linda
Bekah
Hi Linda, I am one of those that uses my SR when I do my CL baptist fan, just because I am too chicken to turn it off. One of these days I will get brave.
Lib
Hi Linda. I just love my CL. I have a large number of the discs and I use my stitch regulator with all of them. Lib
jmyhogan
Hi Linda. I use the SR with all of the CL and other templates. I have just gotten used to doing it that way and it really works for me.
Sandra Darlington
I also use my stitch regulator with my CL patterns.
Mary Beth
Sorry...I was at the lake all weekend and just found this post. Yes, I too use my SR, and I too am a chicken to turn it off. I have made a promise to Claudia to practice without it...but for doing the CL templates - I vote to use it
Bonnie
Personally I don't have a CL, but I do use the other boards, and I can't imagine turning off the SR for them...your machine would be making such tiny stitches if you were trying to do it without. This is one time I think its the only way to go.
