peglu
My DM started a double weddingring quilt for me using Moda Seaside Rose fabric. Guess what, she is running out of fabric. I could have sworn I cut enough squares. The fabric was just recently retired, so I thought maybe some of you nice folks might have a little in your stash that I could buy from you. I can't seem to find very much online. Peggy
PattyJo
Peggy - I googled it and here is a site where you can buy more! http://quilthome.com/3_Sisters/Seaside_Rose
peglu
Thanks Patty Jo. I already ordered a yard of the small print. She doesn't have any of the larger print in the part she has done, so I don't think we should add it in now. Still need to find some of the blue, yellow, and pink small print. Still searching. RitaR
Good luck Peggy. I hate when that happens. Hugs, RitaR
LFQuilts
I bought the fat quarter bundle when it came out . . . . still have lots of fabric if memory serves me correctly. I own wayyyyyy too much Three Sisters fabric. If you are interested, write me at aauwfountain@bellsouth.net and let me know what you need. I'm happy to go through my stash. kimmiequilts
Peg can you post a pic of which fabric that it is? I've got a UFO made with Seaside Rose so I can't offer it all up but I may have enough to share if I know which print it is that you need?
peglu
Kim, that is so nice of you. I used mostly the small and the medium florals, and if I remember correctly, there were some viney ones too. The fabric/1/2 done quilt is at my Mom's in Tennessee, so I am going by memory. I know that I didn't use any of the really large florals or any of the seashells. The biggest problem is that I need about 10 more fat quarters. Thanks for the offer, but I am betting you will not have that many left overs from your UFO. (That is unless you are smart and buy twice as much as you think you need so you don't end up like me!) LFQuilts
Peggy, I've sent you scans of some of what I have. I didn't scan in the small foral that you just bought - though I have it in pink, green, blue, and yellow. Lynn
lizziesgirl
Peggy, Call Sauder's Threads of Tradition in Archbold, OH. They have a lot of Moda and if memory serves me correctly they have this line. Google Sauder's Museum and you will get the number for the quilt shop from the web site. I'm going on Saturday if you would like for me to take a better look for you.
