Bonnie in Ok
I don't know John Mitchell told me I needed to adjust the R8 under the form cover fo single stitch speed. Is that what he is talking about?
IBQLTN2
yes I believe it is called the number eight screw and I believe it is either gold or green. does your needle not want to stop when you push it once it goes more times in a row? Mary Beth
Bonnie, I think you have a Millie. If yes, the #8 Screw is under the hood on top of your machine. Just unscrew the top and lift it up, you will see the circuit board with some tiny screws with numbers. Turn the #8 screw about 1/4 of a turn, to the right to slow it down and to the left to speed it up - or the other way around Do you have a manual? Bonnie in Ok
yes I have a manuel and found adjustments for the #8 screw and working towards the adjustments. The needle is moving very slowly on the single stitch function. Will let you know how it goes. Thanks for the support:)
