CindyJ
I found this website for Accu Quilt GO - I have not invested in one yet, but my local shop has the big one. I am not sure if this is a good price or not --- Die, Rack and Free shipping.???? http://www.sewingsupplywarehouse.com/acgofacuacdm.html
Darlene Epp
Hi Cindy, What bothers me about this "special" is that they list the retail value as $449.99 and "their" price as $349.99. On the AccuQuilt website, the regular retail price is $349. http://www.accuquilt.com/ I HATE deceitful advertising! You can also check out this site. It offers free shipping etc. http://www.allbrands.com/products/abc2425.html?gclid=CIas2aP6oqACFRGlagodRyt-ZQ I just checked and there are also quite a few on EBay for $349 that include free shipping. CindyJ
I have not researched prices, my local shop is not selling the Go's. Do others give a die and Rack? I don't know. Thanks for the info.
cjtinkle
What happens when the blades go dull on these? I mean rotary blades get dull pretty fast, what's the scoop on the accu quilt blades? I've never heard anyone bring it up.
Mary Beth
Hey Cindy, We have been having quite a conversation regarding AccuQuilt GO on another "thread"....here is the link http://www.apqs.com/quiltboard/viewthread.php?tid=20547 CJ, I think they address care of the blades on their web site. victoriasews
Check out your local JoAnn's store and use a 40% coupon. I saw them there this week as well as several dies.
Mary Beth
Even after the 40% discount at JoAnn's, I don't think it was as cheap as Arlene....and she is having a sell through this weekend...so now would be a good time to buy if you are in the market. Joyce
The Accu G is excluded in Joann's ad.
Myrna Ficken
When you sell Accuquilt your are not "supposed to sell it at a discount at all. t was explained to me that JoAnn's does because they raise the price then mark it down.
Sue E.
It is my understanding that an AccuQuilt Go dealer cannot advertise discounted prices on their website or printed material. However, many of the dealers do sell at a discount. I purchased my Go and several dies locally and got a great discount. I have also purchased from Elaine Gilmore in Florida. She is great to work with and will give you a 20% discount and free shipping (continental US) on orders over $100. Here is an advertisement that she posted on the Accuquilt Yahoo group the other day. E-mail her or call her. She is great to work with and you will get your order quickly. -------- The Quilting Machine Shop has a full stock of all Accuquilt GO! Cutters and dies ready to ship today. Those wishing a discount can enter the coupon code: SAVE20NOW We offer FREE Shipping on all orders over $100 within the Continental US. Canadian residents and European residents please contact me for shipping information. The Quilting Machine Shop is a small privately owned Mom and Pop business. We strive to offer excellent service and are always available by phone if you have questions or if you prefer to call in your order. We are authorized GO! retailers and fully honor the Accuquilt warranty.
