gailpeters
I have the QZ that is the Econo model. I got the front attachment so I could use the long boards and the qz in the front. However I got a board from R&S and it is longer than the attachment board. When I tried to use it the arm hits the board that is hanging over. Will I have to not use this board in the front? That would mean getting another couple to use from the back and getting a stylus. Such a pretty board too. It is the Winterwonderland one. I was going to try and break out of using only pantos. I have done a couple of table runners and really like being in front. Nice to see the pretty designs as they are done. I have used the QZ boards and they work fine. Bonnie in Ok
I also have the econozoid with the front longarm attachment and just finished using the Winterwonderland board and had no problem using it. Perhaps your level of the arm is lower than your board. Not sure what else it could be. Hope this helps but I do love the board too.
witha'K'quilting
Try raising the arm and lowering the stylus. It can be done. I almost think I turned the stylus arm over..but I could be wrong.
gailpeters
Thanks, I was looking at it and realized I could raise the arm at the machine head. Dumb that I did not see that right away. I don't have the blond hair for nothing.
