What are some European Quilt Shows that I could send this quilt to and approximately what time of year? If I have the name, of the show, I can look on the internet. thanks for your help! birgitquilts Posted March 21, 2011 Report Share Posted March 21, 2011 Hi Holly, The next quilt show in Europe you may want to look into is the Festival of Quilts (FOQ) in Birmingham, UK (http://www.twistedthread.com/pages/exhibitions/viewExhibition.aspx?id=31) in August. Then, there is the European Patchwork Meeting in France (http://www.patchwork-europe.com/Maps-and-access-How-to-reach-the?lang=en) in September. The Open European Quilt Championship (OEQC) in the Netherlands (http://www.oeqc.eu/indexen.php) is taking place in May. These are the three big ones. Right now, I'm sure, though, if the entry deadlines for this year ahve expired (well, as OEQC 2011 was held already, you'd have to to check for 2012...) All three shows have English versions of their websites, so you should be able to get the information you need. Hope you can use some of this information.
