GrandmaLKB
The lady on the right worked for Hy-Vee Food Store (Midwest chain) for over 25 yeas and asked me to make her a quilt using all her t-shirts and sweatshirts they wore for different events over the years. That's me on the left and our son (Produce Manager at Hy-Vee) behind me helping to hold the quilt. His assistant manager is the other arm you see on the right. I meant for this to go in the T-Shirt topic. Didn't work.
Beachside Quilter
Looks great, Linda! How great that she saved all her t's and sweatshirts over the years. A nice chronology for the store.

JustSewSimple
Really nice quilt. I think t-shirt quilts are better than scrapbooking (no emails please)! They are just such good reminders of days gone by - activities we enjoyed and events we attended. Just good stuff.
