My DH and I have started walking in the mornings together, which works better for me as when I get home from work I always seem to have something else to do. Anyway, a 2 1/2 hour daily commute to work and sitting all day at a desk have certainly not helped keep the weight down. Thanks for all your feedback and stories, it really does motivate!
