You are all so inspiring. It's time for me to get back on track too. My DH and I have started walking in the mornings together, which works better for me as when I get home from work I always seem to have something else to do. Anyway, a 2 1/2 hour daily commute to work and sitting all day at a desk have certainly not helped keep the weight down. Thanks for all your feedback and stories, it really does motivate!

I was so inspired by all of you , that I made the call [have had the number a yr ] I hired a personal trainer .

just love her she is building a program to fit my needs , to help my fat turn into muscle I am so ready for this thank you for starting this thread giving me the kick in butt I needed :cool:

will keep walking 3 miles a day start eating better
