gable428 Posted February 7, 2007 Report Share Posted February 7, 2007 Norece, I sent Bob an email explaining my problem and he told me to loosen tension on top and bottom and start tightening until I get it the way I want. I've done that and still have problems. I know it's just a matter of tweaking the tension just right so I realize it's operator error I know Superior is great thread and lots of quilters use it so I'm gonna keep trying until I get it right Gable Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have a top thread holder that seems permanently attached to my machine on the middle of the top. At least I think that's what's it for.
