I can't get anything except the promo video to come up. I am working with them, but wonder if I am the only person having this problem. If you have a subscription, can you give it a try and let me know? I swear, every time they "fix" something on that website it gets worse! Thanks. Since their last upgrade I can watch videos on my home computer but not on my computer at work (lunch time of course). Give them a call, they should be able to tell you what is required (i.e. java, quick time). I love the site but have had a lot of problems over the last couple years.
