chrisquilter
I am not sure if I need to quilt inside these small squares. the center square is 1 1/4 inches and the small border around is approx 1/2 inch. What do you guys think? All sizes are approximate. You know how piecing can be "interesting". delld
I like the TT you drew on the green square. That is a lot of starts and stops.
lym95
If you did all of the top TTs and then three in the corner across to the other corner and same thing, then you could come back doing the bottoms. Wouldn't be able to be continuous all the way around the quilt, but would certainly minimize the number of stops and starts. I agree with Dell, unless you could find some other design ( a curl of some type) that you could continuous all the way around the quilt.
RitaR
I'm totally lost on the positions in discussion. Are the TTs in the border that is red? I think I can see what the others are saying. maybe
Pat C
Oh - I see now. Rita, I was having the same problem but look at the bottom picture, the very bottom green square and you'll see a drawn terry twist design. Now that I understand, I do like Marjoric's idea if you can keep the lines continuous. Otherwise it's a lot of stops and starts like Dell mentioned. RitaR
Thanks Pat, I too can see it now.. I really like it... Because of its size, I think I would keep it simple.. Anxious to see the finished pict of what you decide on. Happy stitching
