With the tiny pieces and multiple seams in Judy Niemeyer patterns, the best advise is to quilt what you see. SID will be a nightmare because the seams flip in odd directions. I would stitch lines parallel to the seams and any spaces big enough to add more quilting, squiggle stitches or a curl to fill the long triangles. Where the pattern shows black--stitch close to the seam with a matching color thread and let the rest pop.

If you can find a variegated thread that's pleasant on all the colors, use that. If not--a thin neutral that only shows texture. You'll do great!
