jandcembroidery
With all of the quilts that my mom gave to me was this 4 block section of a crazy quilt that never was completed. I didn't realize at the time that I would be having the opportunity to share these or I would have taken more detailed pictures. The 4 blocks represent my Grandfather 1890, Grandmother 1902, Uncle 1921, and Aunt 1924. It never got finished with my mom, two aunts, and two uncles. I found some reproduction fabric that I thought would complement it, bordered it, put a sleeve on the backing and gave it back to my mom as a wall hanging. Bekah
What a treasure James, and now your mom has it too look at every day. That was very clever to make those blocks into a wall hanging instead of just folding them up and putting them away.
