CQ PROBLEMS PLEASE HELP

Did you call Compuquilter...they are so helpful...or call the person who installed it.:) The only thing I know of that keeps it from stitching is the motor switch especially since it is tracing the pattern. Double check that one.

Check the small circuit board under the right hand back handle to make sure the plugs are all in, and make sure that little board is stuck securely to the underneath of the handle not hanging loose or the connections sometimes will not work.

Flick switch on the front panel should be on, the motor box should be turned on and motor speed set above zero and dial to be set above 60%.

I got it to sew this morning I push the plug in the small motor on the end of the table next to the bigone I guess that was it but it sounds rought its like it is having ahard time sewing and in some of the areas it is going over it 3and 4 times what going on now.ALSO THE CABLE IS GRINDING PLEASE HELP.THANKS BRENDA
