ramona-quilter
My customer made this Chinese Coins quilt for her son who will be leaving for Harvard soon. She used batiks with black backround. I did freemotion double swirls, they look like chestnut swirls. The thread was King Tuts Thebes with the yummist blues and aquas. More photos on my blog and webshots.

Sandra Darlington
That looks so pretty in the blues and aquas. Hummm, does your friend know what a boy's dorm looks like??? My 4th kid, Andrew, went to Princeton University, another Ivy League school, BUT, what a mess that dorm was!!!!! I hope your customer's son and room mates are much neater than my son and his buddies. Ivy league, or state school...boys will be boys.

PattyJo
Linda - congrats on a great job. Swirls were a great way to soften the lines of the quilt and I love your choice of thread. It goes so well with the fabrics. Great Job.
