Sheri Butler Posted April 14, 2008 Report Share Posted April 14, 2008 Ok, I cant seem to find the thread where we talked about moving the front wheels forward like 4.5 inches, so you can use the current holes in the bottom of the machine head, to attach your hartley fence to. Or was it, drill the holes 4.5 inches back from the front of the head..... HELP! I cant find the thread!!! =.....anybody???? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
smorris Posted April 14, 2008 Report Share Posted April 14, 2008 Hi Sheri I thought the measurement forward was 5 1/4" but mine are 5" forward of the usual position. If you do that then the edge of the axle that is closest to you is 2" back from the gearbox grease cover.
