Try rocking the hook back and forth with the thumb wheel while gently pulling on the thread tails. Once you get the thread out rotate the thumb wheel a couple of turns by hand before you turn the power back on. If by chance the machine won’t power on you have most likely have a blown fuse.
Hope this helps.

Something in the back of my mind says not all tables came with the truss. I think the 12 foot tables were ok without but the 14 foot one would sag in the middle. In the following video I don’t see a truss at the 2:12 mark. The video also shows the cam adjustment for the wheels. Four wheels adjust and four are fixed. https://www.apqs.com/table-adjustments-video/ Hope this helps.

The seller hasn’t been on the site since they posted. Click on their avatar and you will see a message icon. Click on that and you can send a message direct to their email. Looks like a good deal.

Does the motor run? If not I suspect you have blown the fuse for the motor. If it is a Canadian machine you will have a fuse under the cover for the motor see page 100 in this manual. https://www.apqs.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/APQS-Millie-Millie-30-Freddie-Manual-20210922.pdf

APQS has the kit in their parts store on the main website, I suggest calling or emailing to make sure you get the right one. Since you will be in there anyway you may want to check your needlebar bushings for wear and replace at the same time. Ask APQS to email the instructions, they are well written and easy to follow. If you just want the ruler foot only, maybe someone who has upgraded to the interchangeable system would pass on the old ruler foot to you. Timing instructions can be seen here https://www.apqs.com/timing-apqs-machine-video/ .

Click on her avatar and you will see a message envelope, click on that and send a message. It will go directly to the email she used to join the forum. It doesn’t look like she has been here all month.

Was it this one? https://www.cleanersupply.com/Bags/Plastic-Bags/Comforter/comforterblanket-bags-12pack/?sku=COMF20BK
If I remember correctly we used the three smaller sizes.

Maybe the needle up/down adjustment. Used to be a common issue after a new machine has a few hours on it. Links below first is for machines with LED light and second is for fluorescent light machines.
